There are many legal issues surrounding surrogacy. It is imperative that you view your states laws on surrogacy prior to beginning the process. You may do this here, however for your protection all intended parents will need to acquire representation from an attorney.

To begin the surrogacy process fill out the intended parents questionnaire, female patient history and male patient history. These forms will gather background information on you and your partner and allow us to begin matching you with a surrogate. Once we feel we have candidates that match your requirements we will contact you to schedule a review. Please note that while our offices are located in California, you do not need to live in California to use our services.
